OfficewardOn-site corporate headshots

Give your team a consistent set of headshots.

We bring the portrait setup to your New York office, help you build the schedule and guide each employee in front of the camera. Your people get headshots that belong together on the company website. Your office contact gets a clear plan for the day.

A consistent look, with individual direction.

Your team page should feel like one company, even when people have different roles and personalities. We agree the background, lighting and crop with you before the shoot.

We use that reference throughout the day and direct each person individually. A new employee and a senior executive should both feel comfortable with the photographer.

Keep the photo day manageable.

Your team still has meetings and work to do. We help your office contact turn the employee list into appointments and choose a suitable room for the portrait setup.

You arrange attendance and access. We run the photography, with separate time for groups and office scenes. Setup and breakdown are scheduled outside the kit’s photography hours.

Experience with a full office roster.

Our team has experience with employee headshots and executive portraits, in the studio and on location. We know how to keep a portrait series consistent while giving each person the direction they need.

We agree the portrait style and schedule with you before the day. During the shoot, we guide people through posture and expression so they can settle in and get back to work.

Files your website team can use.

Tell us where the portraits will appear and who is building the pages. We agree the finish, image sizes and file names before photography, so your designer knows what is coming.

Each website kit includes one retouched headshot per person, a high-resolution master and two agreed web crops. A headshot-only assignment is quoted for your team and the files you need.

Keep new hires in the same portrait series.

When people join later, their portraits should sit comfortably beside the existing team. Keep a finished headshot and the website dimensions so we have a clear reference.

Existing clients can arrange one shared studio session for up to five people, starting at $950. We review the reference and confirm studio access and the original setup before scheduling. The available lighting and background determine how closely we can follow the earlier look.

How much do headshots cost in NYC?

Officeward quotes a headshot-only day for the number of employees, portrait setup, retouching and required files. If you also need team and office photographs, our website kits start at $2,900 for up to ten people and $3,900 for up to twenty. Those are whole-project prices that include additional company images; they are not individual headshot rates.

How do you keep corporate headshots consistent across a team?

We agree one reference for the background, lighting, framing and finish before photographing the team. The photographer uses that reference throughout the session and gives each person individual direction. The selected portraits are prepared for the same team-page dimensions. Existing company headshots can be the starting reference, subject to the available setup.

How do we schedule employee headshots around the working day?

We help your office contact turn the employee list into appointments around meetings and availability. Portrait time, group photographs and room access are planned together. Equipment setup and breakdown sit outside the kit’s photography hours. Your company contact brings employees in at their agreed times while we run the photography.

What space do you need for headshots at our office?

Send photos of the room you plan to use and tell us its dimensions, access times and power availability. We check whether it can accommodate the portrait setup and a clear route for employees. A meeting room may work, but the background, lighting and framing determine the space needed. We confirm the room before the photo day rather than promise one minimum size for every setup.

What should employees wear for corporate headshots?

Employees should wear clothing that fits their role and your company’s usual level of formality. Share the agreed background and existing team portraits when sending the preparation note. Well-fitting clothes and simple patterns usually make the face easier to read at team-page size. If the team needs a coordinated look, agree that guidance before people arrive.

Can you help people who feel awkward in front of a camera?

Yes. The photographer gives clear direction on posture, where to look and expression, and adjusts the framing for the person in front of the camera. Employees do not need to arrive knowing how to pose. We keep the agreed company look while giving each person attention during their session.

Who chooses the employee portraits for retouching?

We agree the selection process before the shoot, including whether employees choose their portraits and who signs off for the company. One company contact then collects the final decisions. The website kits include one retouched headshot per person, so additional selected portraits need to be added to the scope.

Can new employees match headshots taken in an earlier session?

An existing client can arrange a shared studio session for up to five new employees, starting at $950. We review a finished portrait, the team-page dimensions and the original lighting and background before scheduling. Studio access and the available setup must be confirmed. These references help us follow the earlier look; an exact match is not promised.

How many employees can you photograph in one day?

The website kits cover up to ten or twenty employees alongside the included team and office photographs. A larger headshot-only day needs its own production plan and quote. The workable headcount depends on the portrait setup, individual session needs, employee availability and access hours. Send your roster and deadline so we can scope the day.
