Headshots and company photos in one shoot.

Each employee gets one retouched headshot. The separate company-photo allowance gives your designer twelve other images in Kit 10 or fifteen in Kit 20.

Those additional photos can be leadership portraits, group pictures or office scenes. We plan them within the same photography hours at your chosen office.

When the quote changes

More people, another portrait look, an extra location or additional final images can change the time and cost. We agree the extra work before the shoot.

New-hire portraits for existing clients

The new-hire session starts at $950 for up to five people together in one studio visit. Each person gets one retouched portrait and web files for the current team page.

We confirm studio access and the original lighting and background setup before scheduling.

A different size or a headshot-only shoot

We also quote larger teams and portrait-only sessions. The number of people, location and photos you need gives us a starting point.

Questions about prices and what is included

How much should a corporate headshot cost?

A corporate headshot quote depends on team size, the portrait setup, retouching and delivered files. Officeward quotes headshot-only work separately. Our website kits start at $2,900 for up to ten people or $3,900 for up to twenty and also include team and office photographs. These package totals are not a general New York market rate or an individual portrait price.

Are the package prices per person?

Website Kit 10 starts at $2,900 and Kit 20 at $3,900 for the whole project. Each includes the listed employee headshots, additional team and office images, photography hours and exports at one New York office. Dividing the total by the headcount would include that wider work, so it would not describe a standalone headshot rate.

What could add to the package price?

More employees, another location, extra shooting time, additional finished images or extra export versions can change the scope and price. Retouching beyond the agreed finish and work beyond the included technical revision round also need to be checked. The written quote confirms the total, usage, taxes and delivery dates for your assignment.

Can we use the photographs outside our website?

List every intended use in the brief, including LinkedIn, staff directories, press, recruitment and paid campaigns. The project agreement confirms the permitted uses and parties. Web-ready crops describe file preparation; they do not by themselves define usage rights. We settle those requirements alongside the photography scope before the assignment is confirmed.
