Tell us what you need the photos for.
Companies come to us for a new website, updated team photos or headshots for new employees. Web agencies can bring us into the same projects for their clients. These are the ways we plan website photography in New York.
Make a shoot briefYour website photos need an update.
The team has changed, the office looks different or your headshots no longer belong together. We can photograph a new set at your office.
View photo packages
- Before the shoot
- Your current website and a list of the photos you want to replace. An employee count helps us work out the size of the shoot.
- What we do
- We plan the headshots and office photos around the pages you are updating, then arrange a schedule with your office contact.
- What you receive
- Edited portraits and company photos cropped for those pages. The website kit includes a master and two agreed web crops of each final image.
Your new website needs photographs.
Your designer has a layout, but the pages still need your people and your workplace. We plan the shoot from that design.
Make a shot list
- Before the shoot
- A page list or early layouts, the office location and the number of people to photograph. The planned launch date helps us discuss timing.
- What we do
- We turn the photo spaces in your design into a shot list. Then we photograph the people, groups and office scenes on that list.
- What you receive
- Edited photos for your team page, About page and other website sections. The quote sets the final image count and file sizes.
Your agency needs photos for a client.
You are building the website; we take care of the photography. Your agency can give us the visual direction and take part in the shoot.
Photography for agencies
- Before the shoot
- The client’s layouts and photo examples. We also need an agency contact for the design and a client contact for the office.
- What we do
- We plan and photograph the images your design needs. The client helps arrange staff appointments and access to the rooms.
- What you receive
- Edited photos named and cropped for the website build. Kit images include a master and two agreed web crops each.
New people have joined your team.
Existing clients can arrange headshots for up to five new employees in one shared studio session. We review the earlier portraits before confirming the setup.
New-hire session pricing
- Before the shoot
- A finished headshot from the earlier shoot and the team page’s image sizes. We use them as a reference for the new portraits.
- What we do
- We check the original lighting, background and studio access. How closely we can follow the earlier look depends on that setup.
- What you receive
- One retouched headshot per person, with web files for the existing team page.
Choosing the right kind of shoot
Which shoot should we choose for a website refresh?
Choose a headshot-only assignment if the team page needs portraits and the other website images already work. Choose a website photo kit when you also need group, leadership and office photographs. Send the pages you are updating and your employee count so we can compare the required images with the kit allowances.
Link to this answerDo we need final website layouts before planning?
A page list and early layouts are enough to begin the shot list. They show who should be photographed and where portraits, group photos or office scenes will appear. Agree the final dimensions, visual direction and required photographs before the shoot. That helps us photograph usable framing instead of guessing what the finished site will need.
Link to this answerCan an agency arrange the shoot for its client?
Yes. The agency can supply the layouts and visual brief, while the client arranges office access and employee appointments. Officeward plans and carries out the photography. Before confirming the scope, we agree who commissions the assignment, who signs off on image choices and who receives the finished files.
Link to this answerCan we photograph new hires in a later session?
Existing clients can request a shared studio session for up to five new employees, starting at $950. We review an earlier finished portrait and the team page’s image sizes, then confirm studio access and the original setup. This option adds employee portraits to an existing set; office photography needs its own scope.
