A visitor should be able to see who works at your company and where the work happens. We use your page list or early designs to choose the headshots, groups and office scenes to photograph.

The additional image allowance can cover leadership portraits, team photos and workplace scenes. We agree that mix before the shoot so the package covers the pictures your site needs most.

Plan a website photo list

Kit 10: portraits and company photos for a smaller team.

Choose Kit 10 when you need headshots for up to ten people and a focused set of company photographs. Packages start at $2,900, including up to three photography hours at one New York office.

You receive one retouched headshot per person and twelve additional edited photos. We plan those portraits and office scenes within the three photography hours. Setup and breakdown are scheduled separately.

Kit 20: twice the people, with more shooting time.

Kit 20 starts at $3,900 for up to twenty employees at one New York office. It includes up to five photography hours, one retouched headshot per person and fifteen additional edited photos.

Compared with Kit 10, you get space in the schedule for a larger team and three more finished company photos. Both kits have the same file delivery and technical revision allowance. Setup and breakdown remain separate.

New-hire portraits after the main shoot.

Existing clients can add up to five employees in one shared studio session, starting at $950. Each person receives one retouched headshot and web files for the current team page.

This session covers portraits. The office visit and additional workplace images belong to the website kits. We review the earlier headshot and confirm the original setup and studio access before scheduling.

Your designer gets the masters and agreed crops.

Both website kits include a high-resolution master and two agreed web crops of every final photograph. Give us the page dimensions and naming format before finishing, and we prepare the files for those placements.

One round of technical revisions is included, with changes returned in one list. Extra people, locations, finished photos or file versions need a separate quote. Usage, taxes and delivery dates are confirmed in the project agreement.

Choosing your website photo kit

How much does a 3 hour photoshoot cost?

Officeward’s Website Kit 10 starts at $2,900 for the whole project. It includes up to three photography hours at one New York office, one retouched headshot for each of up to ten people and twelve additional edited team or office photos. Equipment setup and breakdown are scheduled separately. This is a website photography package, not an hourly or per-person headshot rate.

Are team and office photographs included in the headshot count?

The website kits have separate allowances for employee portraits and additional company photographs. Kit 10 includes one retouched headshot per person for up to ten people, plus twelve additional edited finals. Kit 20 includes portraits for up to twenty people, plus fifteen additional finals. Leadership portraits, group photos and office scenes use that additional allowance and the same photography hours.

Do we receive every photograph taken?

The website kits deliver the selected, finished images listed in the scope. Each final image includes a high-resolution master and two agreed web crops. Every camera frame, RAW capture files and extra finished selections are outside the listed kit deliverables. Tell us before the quote if your agency needs an additional file format or a larger final-image set.

What if we have more than 20 employees or more than one office?

We prepare a separate quote for more than twenty employees or multiple locations. Share the headcount at each office, the portraits and company photos you need, access times and the deadline. Kit 10 and Kit 20 cover one New York office; adding locations or people changes the schedule and scope.

Can the kit provide photographs for both desktop and mobile layouts?

Yes. Each final kit image includes two agreed web crops in addition to its high-resolution master. Send the designer’s dimensions and show where text or navigation overlaps the picture. We plan room around the subjects during photography, then deliver the agreed crops. Additional versions or a later change to the layout need a separate scope.
