OfficewardOffice and workplace photography

Office photos of your people at work.

Give visitors a real view of your company. We photograph your New York workplace and the people in it, from team groups to a meeting around the table. We help choose the scenes your website needs and guide your staff through the shoot.

Show what it is like to work with your company.

We help you choose scenes that belong to your business. That may be colleagues reviewing a presentation, a leadership portrait in the workspace or the meeting room where clients visit. Your staff get direction during the shoot.

  • Leadership portraits in the office

Plan the shoot around the office.

We work with your office contact on rooms, people and access. You know which meetings cannot move; we build the agreed scenes around the availability you provide.

Your team clears sensitive information from screens, desks and boards before photography. We agree which rooms and views belong on the shot list.

A photograph needs to work in the layout.

Show us the homepage banner and mobile layouts before the shoot. We plan the framing so faces remain visible and headlines have the space they need.

Each final website-kit image includes a high-resolution master and two agreed web crops. Your designer supplies the dimensions; we prepare those versions.

Combine workplace photos with your team headshots.

The website kits include headshots and a separate allowance for team and office photos. We schedule both within the package’s photography time, at one New York office.

A detailed architectural shoot, another location or additional finished images needs a separate quote.

Officeward quotes workplace-only photography for the rooms, people, final images and access time required. Can we photograph the office while people are working?

We can plan selected workplace scenes around your normal day. Your office contact confirms which rooms and employees can be photographed, and we schedule those scenes alongside the portraits. Meeting-room access, calls and client visits need to be considered before the shoot. The shot list should name the activities that belong on your website.

How do we keep confidential information out of the photos?

Your company should clear or cover confidential material before photography, including screens, documents, whiteboards and visitor information. Tell us which rooms and views must stay out of the shot list. We review the agreed scenes with your office contact, but your team remains responsible for identifying information that is sensitive to the business.

Can the shoot include office spaces, team groups and people at work?

Yes. Those subjects can be part of the agreed workplace shot list. In a website kit, they use the additional edited-image allowance: twelve finals in Kit 10 or fifteen in Kit 20. We plan the group sizes, rooms and employee availability within the same photography block. Extra finished images or locations need a separate quote.

What should we prepare before an office photography shoot?

Choose the rooms and scenes on the shot list, arrange access and clear visible desks and backgrounds. Let participating employees know when they are needed and what the photos will show. Send building entry, loading and vendor requirements early so we can check the access arrangements before the shoot is scheduled.
